  BoyaConf is a software conference in Boyacá, Colombia, focused on sharing knowledge and promoting learning. It's the perfect space to develop your skills, learn, connect, and strengthen the region's tech community. BoyaConf is organized by the Boyacá Dev community.

• Who can attend BoyaConf 2024?

  BoyaConf is an event open to anyone passionate about software development and information technologies, regardless of their experience level. Our conference offers a wide range of talks covering different topics and levels of expertise.

• What is the conference schedule, and what activities are planned?

  The event will take place on November 8th and 9th, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to around 5:30 p.m. Visit the Agenda page for more details.

• Where will the event be held, and what is the exact address?

  The conference will be at the Boyaquirá Auditorium, Tunja. The address is Calle 21 #8-56.

• Why is admission not free? What does my ticket include?

  Paying for your ticket helps us cover essential costs such as speakers' travel and accommodation, as well as snacks and gifts during the event. In return, you'll get access to expert talks, networking opportunities, and a high-quality experience that boosts your professional development while strengthening the tech community in Boyacá.

• Are there any discounts available for students or groups?

  Unfortunately, we cannot offer discounts. We've done our best to make everything as affordable as possible for our attendees, ensuring an amazing experience nonetheless.

• Can I request a refund for my ticket?

  No, tickets are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you can't attend. Just send us an email at: hola@boyaconf.com

• Do you offer opportunity scholarships?

  Yes, as part of our commitment to sharing knowledge and reaching a wide audience in the region, we will provide access to some individuals who cannot cover the cost of their ticket. The scholarship form will be available soon. Meanwhile, follow us on social media to stay updated on these announcements.

• Will there be recommended transportation and accommodation options near the event venue?

• What kind of food will be available during the event?

  We'll have a break during each session, offering snacks and drinks that suit to most dietary needs without impacting our attendees.

• Will there be opportunities for networking or interacting with speakers and other attendees?

  Absolutely! The breaks are perfect for this. Take advantage of them to meet new people and ask questions.
